This is a screen of the untouched texture. Finding out how it is done is pretty simple, you just have to look at it closely.

First we need a light-brown pregenerated texture for the foundation. Next, we divide the screen to tiles, let's say 32x32. Now, in every tile we draw a black triangle with high transparency and an effect of randomness to it. Though I said IN tile, it actually means that randomly inside or around the tile the triangle should be drawn. Then we can also draw some dark lines and voila - it is done.

I have experimented a lot, and one can also add other shapes, but the triangles looked the best.
